Restoration of an excentrically deteriorated machines parts by facing them with metad matal layers of variable thickness

Abstract: The paper suggests the technologies of the operating parts facing by metal layers of variable thickness with the help of a chain variable of angular velocity. The research results on regularities of metal layer facing with application of a variator are presented.

Streszczenie: Odnowa zowalizowanych części maszyn przez nakładanie warstwy metalu o zmiennej grubości. Opisano technologię nakładania warstw metalu o zmiennej grubości na części robocze, przy użyciu wariatora łańcuchowego o zmiennej prędkości kątowej. Podano wyniki badań równomierności nakładania warstwy metalu przy zastosowaniu wariatora.
