Magnetic treatment of potato tubers

Abstract: The effect of magnetic  field operation on physical and chemical processes that take place in the tuber of potato was analyzed. To obtain the reasonable results it was needed to change the 2nd kind electrodes’ potential. It was found that  рН and redox values of potato changed after the magnetic treatment and that their optimal parameters were reasonable.

Streszczenie:  Magnetyczna obróbka bulw ziemniaków. Analizowano wpływ działania pola  magnetycznego na  fizyczne i chemiczne procesy zachodzące w bulwie ziemniaka. Uzyskanie wiarogodnych wyników wymagało zmiany potencjału elektrod drugiego rodzaju. Stwierdzono, że wartości pH i redoks zmieniają się po zastosowaniu pola magnetycznego, a ich optymalne parametry są wiarygodne.
